I email the employer for such position. – The employer then send me a mail that this is an online job. which requires me to make some data entry to some selected company and in return they will pay me $50 thru Paypal per process. – but I have to enroll first with some “amount” for the starter kit.

They are a rip off. I was scammed recently. If it sounds too good to be true, it is.
The companies promote their business one way BEFORE you pay & as soon as you pay it is something completely different then you signed up for.
