After watching "Watchmen" last night, I woke up this morning absolutely NEEDING straight, blunt cut, thick bangs (ala Silk Spectre). Oy vay. Immediately after the stylist snipped them I regretted my decision. I forgot that:1) it's the exact same hairstyle I had when I was 15
2) bangs make me look I'm STILL 15
3) I really don't like bangs. Really really don't like them.
Ugh.

Weird, just did the same thing. The first cut looked weird, so I thought, "Maybe more bangs!" Because that is always a good idea. Not. Your points are all of my points, plus, I really should know better by now. Apparently I don't.
I like them! Try pushing them to the side, if you want, to soften the effect. I have a side bang and really love it. I don't know if you can do that with blunt bangs, but what the hell, give it a shot!

Hmmm. Had some blunts this weekend. Definitely like your better. You can pull off any look you like - really.

The bangs look great. :-) And look on the bright side---at least you didn't think you needed thick Bettie Page bangs like some one I know. (Not me of course!)
